2017 Event Set

Maryland flag event set; includes January 2018 banquet. There was no patch issued for the January 2017 banquet; beginning with this set, the banquet patch became the last patch of the previous year's set rather than the first patch of the new year's set. Because of an error, there are two patches that say "Banquet" in this set; the one on the upper right was issued for the Lodge Picnic (temporarily dubbed the "Outdoor Banquet"), and the one on the lower left was issued for the Lodge Banquet of January 2018.
