Lots of little fixes and cleanup items in this release as we're pushing towards 1.0 (sometime after NOAC). Users can now upload their own images as additional images on an issue. Show us your thread breaks and other details that help people distinguish issues from each other. Thanks to Dave Scocca for his tireless bug reporting as he's been pushing through adding Nentico 12.

• Suppressed BB6 info on issues with an issue date of 2007 or later (as it would always be nil)

• Added boolean to hide missing back image for issues that won't ever have one
• Fixed data field on item acquisition to allow for all theoretically possible dates (1915 - present)
