Camp and Council names were a little tightly squeezed around the border of the patch. The W from previous issues replaced with a thistle in a green arrowhead outline.
The camp and council names made for a very bust design, only used for two years. The camp was originally the summer home and property of Horace A Moses. He also owned a large paper mill nearby and the thistle, which can still be found in camp, was the logo for his paper mill. The thistle remains the camp emblem to the current day.
