History: 1964 Honor Camper Segment - These Honor Camper segments were awarded from 1963 - 1967 and were sized to fit around the regular camp patch issued in the 1960s. All but 1964 were issued as "smiles". 1964 was issued as "smiles" and "frowns".
The 1964 "smile" seems to be the most commonly available.
