Camper segments were awarded from 1963 - 1967 and were sized to fit around the regular
camp patch issued in the 1960s. All but 1964 were issued as \"smiles\". 1964 was
issued as \"smiles\" and \"frowns\".\r\nThere is some question as to whether or
not this version was officially issued. Speaking to staff members from 1964, no
one remembers seeing the \"frown\" patch in the trading post, only the \"smile\".
But several (at least) exist."
