In order to fund the Manatoc 100 celebration, a series of CSPs was produced every three months, each commemorating one of the 10 decades of Camp Manatoc. GMY border CSPs were presented by the event chairman, at the conclusion of the event, to staff members who performed exceptional service to the event.
