History Discovered in the 2000s. TA-10:1 - TA-10:11, YS1 and YS2 all appear to have been made at the same time. Eric Johnson attributes these patches to Don Riggs who reportedly issued them prior to the council merger in 1997. There was no contemporaneous report of their existence and they were not known to collectors until 2016.
