1971 World Jamboree contingent n/c worn by Troop 1306 from the Okinawa District. Purple n/c. Similar concept to the n/c for the 1935/1937 National Jamboree where one color was for traveling and another for wear at the Jamboree. I cannot remember which color designated which.
