The intent of issues eX2014-9 and ex2014-10 were that they be issued for the Council Camporee as a Council event patch. However, lacking the event name on them and just “Occoneechee” along with the ghosted WWW and the thunderbird totem put them in the Lodge event patch category as the Lodge’s LEC did approve the thunderbird to be on them since the Lodge hosted the event. Some people feel they should be in the “Questionable Issue” category, so collect as you see fit.
