The original HoKa J-17 award patch was never issued as an award (see the J-17 listing for more info.). The J-22 replaced the Hoka that was issued as the drummer/singer award patch. Approximately 13 awards were issued between 2008 and 2023. Due to national changes in the drumming/singing program, the lodge ended the programs in 2023. Since the award was retired alongside the program, the remaining inventory was sold at the trading post starting at the 2023 fall fellowship.
