The history behind this patch is still up in the air about what truly happened. the story goes that the first order came in and once they realized the chapter name was misspelled, they became obsolete and were supposed to be destroyed. The chapter then reordered with the name corrected, and that's where it gets confusing as there isn't an issue with the corrected name in the same design.
