| History | (none) | "HP-8 (1990) was a hat pin was ordered from Sakawain like the Vigil hat pin except this had a light green Palette, red border (with a small portion of the metal showing around the border), arrow and cardinal; "ZIT-KALA-SHA 123 WWW" in gold letters and a line gold outline around the Scout sign. It was ordered with a white background but sent with a pale blue back-ground instead. Rather than returning them to the manufacturer, a decision was made to retain and give them to the Scouts attending the 1988 NOAC to use for trading purposes.
