| History | (none) | While the official number of these flaps ordered was only 40 since there were just a few Tsali delegates to the 2002 NOAC, there seems to have been an overrun that gained it's way into circulation. Flaps issued to delegates had an Atlas, Inc. sticker on the back, but don't count on that for confirmation of an "official" flap since stickers fall off and someone could easily move an Atlas sticker from another issue onto one of these. |
