Part of a 3-flap, 3-dangle winter fundraiser set for NOAC 2020. There were 350 of the green border trader flap/dangle, 250 of the yellow border delegate flap/dangle, and 150 of the light blue border sponsor flap/dangle. Each registered delegate received one free set and the rest were sold to the general lodge membership. The 2020 NOAC was cancelled due to the Covid Pandemic.
