At the November 17-18th Area III-B Leaders meeting at Edinboro State Teachers College, it was recommended that "all Lodges try and have a distinctive neckerchief to show the name of the Lodge and the rank of the brothers as follows..." with pictures of the OBV Levels. Subsequently Eriez and Ah'Tic came out with OBV Neckerchiefs.
