Lodge History

Originally formed around 1938/1939 out of a previous Scout Honor Society focused on the study American Indian traditions, which was referred to as "Crazy Dog Society" which had been by a prominent northern Kentucky scouter Archie Williams. The first Induction was held at Camp George W. Hill, west of Morning View, Kentucky.
The Lodge had become inactive sometime in the 1940's, (likely due to WWII). Around 1952, Bob Brown and Clifford Judd began reviving interest an OA lodge which would reform to be Michiknaqua Lodge 155. When the Council was disbanded, the Lodge was absorbed into Ku-ni-eh Lodge #462.
