The N1 is similar to the pie shaped neckerchief patches; The hand stitched (Howard T.H. Ang) embroidered QC patch is 175x125mm; Neckerchief was often embroidered with the position/year and given to lodge and chapter officers during their terms in the mid to late 80s - designated as the N2
