This flap was issued to commemorate 50 years of Ho-De-No-Sau-Nee Lodge #159. The flap (winter snake) was to be the first of 4 designs flaps based on the original 1967 draft designs of Bob Martin. However, the lodge was dissatisfied with the result and ordered a new set (S66-S69). The lodge eventually did release the old set (S62, S76-S78).
