2024 NOAC set. The X1 is paired with the S3. Image is that of Steamboat Willie with a RED OA sash. Earlier in the year, this image became public domain - which resulted in several similar designs at NOAC - all black and white like the original image. The BLK bordered set is the trader version. 200 were made (patch scan is incorrect).
