This flap appeared at a fall fellowship in the late 90's. The owner claimed that he had it made by a company in Canada to "show the youth collectors what a YS1 looked like since they would never see one" (paraphrased). Ironically this happened just a few months after the ZS1's first appeared on eBay and were being shipped from Canada.
