The original intent was for the lodge chief to stand up throughout the weekend and
ask (loud enough for other lodges to hear), “who went to ______?” He would then
pass one out to each lodge member. Once we got to conclave the lodge chief thought
this plan would be too difficult. He gave each lodge member 3 sets at the Saturday
morning assembly and asked members to pass out at least 1 set to other lodges. These
turned out to be a huge hit. Each lodge member was given a 4th complete set on the
bus on Sunday morning so they would have one for themselves.
