Issued in the early 1990’s, this flap was the continuation of the “One per Honor” tradition. The S12 differs from the S10 in the overall shape of the flap and a slightly chunky elk. The S12a possesses a dark brown elk, similar to the one found on the S11. The S12b features a light, almost yellow elk, similar to the one found on the S13.
