Issued in 1996, this flap was the standard issue of its time. Sometimes called the “Dog with Antlers”, this flap was made in Taiwan. This flap is relatively wide horizontally and relatively short vertically. It differs from the S16 in its border color. The patch was issued until 2003. The patch was made by a company from Taiwan.
Sometime in the early 2000’s, a run of these came in with green borders, but the lodge voted to destroy them.
