Issued in 2002, this flap was the trader flap for the 2002 NOAC. This flap was actually a mistake. The 3 sashes at the top of the patch were supposed to be Ordeal, Brotherhood, and Vigil. However, all 3 sashes have a vigil triangle, so a corrected form of the patch, the S21, was issued. The designer was Chris Ryman.
