Issued in 2002, this flap was the Delegate flap for the 2002 NOAC. This flap was actually a mistake. The 3 sashes at the top of the patch were supposed to be Ordeal, Brotherhood, and Vigil. However, all 3 sashes have a vigil triangle, so a corrected form of the patch, the S22, was issued. Each delegate received 3. As there were only 6 delegates, only 18 were made, easily making it, and the S22, the most difficult Wyona flaps to acquire.
