History

Issued in 2003, this flap was the continuation of the “One per Honor”
tradition. This flap was the first white border to feature a white butt on the elk, and the only white border to feature a black eye. The black eye can be used to distinguish the S23 from the S36, which has a red eye. The patch was issued until 2006 The patch was made by Moritz.
