In 2007, Wyona Lodge hosted the NE-4A Conclave at Camp Lavigne. The
theme was “007, Licensed to Serve”, a play on words of the James Bond
film, “Licence to Kill.” The flaps were sold at $5 to Wyona members and $7 to all non-Wyona members. The designer was Don Shoemaker. There were 500 flaps made.
