In 2008, Wyona Lodge decided to change the colors of its participation flaps in order to maintain incentive for participation. The colors blue and red were chosen in honor of Wyona’s two standard border colors of the past. The S38 was the first tier, requiring participation in about 50% of all Lodge functions. The flap was first awarded at the 2009 Winter Banquet. 65 were made.
