The counterpart to the S53, the S54 is the second flap issued for the 2014 section NE-4A conclave. It was designated as the “Staff” flap. Each staff member was given one and could purchase one additional flap. It can be distinguished from the S53 by its white lettering. There were originally 150 made. The designer was Skylar Snyder.
