In late 2022, Wyona Lodge voted to bring back the participation flap program after a 5 year hiatus. The design reflected upon the current standard issue as well as the original participation patch colors, gold and silver. The S69, the gold edition, was the first tier, requiring participation in about 50% of all Lodge functions. The flap was first awarded at the 2024 Winter Banquet. 125 were made.
