In late 2022, Wyona Lodge voted to bring back the participation flap program after a 5 year hiatus. The design reflected upon the current standard issue as well as the original participation patch colors, gold and silver. The S70, the silver edition, was the second tier, requiring participation in about 75% of all Lodge functions. The flap was first awarded at the 2024 Winter Banquet. 75 were made.
