From eBay listing information: "I purchased this neckerchief in a collection from a member of Skyuka Lodge who attended the 1975 NOAC. He told me that each member of the contingent was able to purchase 10 of the S3 flaps to trade. He also said that this neckerchief is what they wore at Miami of Ohio for the Conference."
