This special flap was created to recognize those who were instrumental in the success of the 2002 Conclave. These patches were gifts (they could not be purchased) and were publicly presented to all members of the LEC and the Conclave Committee at the Saturday evening show of Conclave. Included with the patches were instructions to keep one patch for yourself and give the other patch to somebody to had helped you with Conclave (who did not already have a patch)
