- The F3-F5 were received after 1989 Conclave and sold restricted 3 per purchase till
Fall Fellowship. The F3-F5 were also sold in the Council office between lodge events.
All of them were sold out before Fall Fellowship which is what likely led to a 2nd
loom run of the F3 resulting in the F3b. The F3-F5 were the first OBV set by the
lodge. The patches were restricted based on advancement.
