History (none) Issued by Tuscarora Council as the primary piece of the 2023 Council Centennial Set. Feathers are earned individually and do not have OA design features. This was first available at the centennial kick-off at Camp Tuscarora in January 2023. Kevin Myers, Lodge Adviser, stated that the patch did not have Key 3 or LEC approval. Though it should be noted that Kevin was on the Centennial Committee along with other associate lodge advisers. The Centennial Committee came up with the design. It is possible that they referenced the J1 as the positioning of the totem is similar.
