History

This neckerchief was first reported by Wayne Farrar as an item he received from the family of Bob Wolff. In his capacity as the curator of Hammerstone Scout Museum Wayne Farrar received a significant number of items from the Wolff family including his uniform and DSA Certificate. The neckerchief is described as the personal neckerchief of Bob Wolff, a founder of Nayawin Rar Lodge 296, and is said to have been created by Bob Wolff himself. The neckerchief appears to be handpainted. No photographic or written evidence is available to further validate the belief that the neckerchief was created by Bob Wolff.
