This neckerchief has been reported by Andrew Stevens as the contingent neckerchief to the 1950 National Order of the Arrow Conference. This was the personal neckerchief of Steve Gooding. According to Andy's knowledge the neckerchiefs were made at camp by the contingent members and they were to sew the current issue patch on the neckerchief. The patch is a R2.
