The S119 and S120 were both available on pre-order at the same time. They cost $15 a set and the deadline was May 15th. They could be pre-ordered through the council website and were available to the general public as well as lodge members. All the 2024 NOAC patches were first issued to the NOAC contingent and then after NOAC the non-contingent orders were issued.
