After running out of the S44c the lodge decided to return to the original design and company (S44b) to prevent another variation. The Staff Adviser took a picture of the flap on the lodge chiefs shirt and sent it to Stadri Emblems by mistake. However, the flap on the chiefs shirt was a S44c resulting in the a new variation the S44d. After Fall Fellowship 2014, and before Winter Fun Fellowship 2015 a large number of the S44d, approx.. 150, disappeared. They were either sold in the council office, though the council office was closed for much of that time, or disappeared in some other manner. The fact that the flaps were missing was only discovered when the Trading Post Chairman received his inventory from the scout office and noticed the significant loss. The Staff Adviser never found the missing flaps. At the same time the flaps went missing, so did a majority of the 2nd loom run of standard rounds, the R7.
