Limited to 2 per person going to Jamboree. Considered the "uniform" patches that contingent members were required to put on their uniform. Due to the number ordered it is believed that all members of the contingent including, non-OA members, got a full 2 sets which is different than the PUR Bdr "uniform" set from the 2023 National Jamboree.
