First flap from Eternal Flame Lodge. Contains an outdoor scene with the lodge totem (Phoenix) rising from the campfire superimposed over a moon. the Eternal Flame is to the right. The lodge opted not to use a lodge number in conjunction with the lodge name. Actual eternal flame is a small waterfall with a natural gas emission (which is often lit) located in the Shale Creek Preserve, a section of Chestnut Ridge Park in Western New York. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eternal_Flame_Falls
