Description Same design as S20, but with GMY border NOAC 1994 delegate; GMY border; Twinkletoes in the mountains design surrounded by 10mm LBL margin with "PURDUE UNIVERSITY", "1994", "NOAC" and "ORDER OF THE ARROW" in WHT;
History Rejected by Lodge because blue border was too light. LBL was not the originally intended color for the margin, but this issue was brought to NOAC 1994 and traded nonetheless. BBL and DBL variants also exist.
