It was known only as Lodge #396. 1951-1952 the lodge was not re-chartered at the direction of the Council Executive due to an incident that took place regarding initiation. 1953: Lodge was chartered and named Mahoning Lodge. 1958: Lodge was re-chartered as Neatoka Lodge. 1995: Merged with Stigwandish 114 and Tapawingo 368 to form Wapashuwi 56.
