History

Beginning in the summer of 2019, poorly made, asian embroidered fakes began appearing on eBay under multiple accounts by the same seller. The names include, but are not limited to: patches-for-sale, memorabilia-vietnam-war, patches-scouting, patches-gear-forsale, vietnamwar-gear-forsale. The seller frequently changes the username on the accounts. The patches made are also often artificially aged on the back to deceive buyers into thinking they're vintage.
