Probably around the same time the X1 patch was issued a red/maroon neckerchief ( with a white rope border was issued with the Chapter design, including a yellow silk or satin shield sewn into the NC. The quantity produced was likely small based on few being seen and were most likely issued in the late 1950's or early 1960's.
