History (none) Originally the design was to have a white background just like the felts but the lodge advisor Mr.Dawson was very opposed to adopting the flap shaped patch for the lodge. He thought if he change the background to gray that the youth of the lodge wouldn’t want it. But the excepted it and change it to white on the second order for the S2.
