The National Supply Scout Shop in the new Council Service Center wanted to sell the local lodge flap. In order to sell them the product had to be provided by National Supply. The lodge did not order their flaps through National Supply so a special run of the regular flap was made and it had "Scout Stuff" plastic backing and a slightly different design.
