The QR code numbers are skewed on these because Stadri offered a special deal in 2018. If you meet a certain price point in buying any patch, they would give you 100 addition units of the same design. We didn't need another 100, so we changed the colors (which does not constitute a design change). So, the extra hundred were produced as solid blue ghost issues, but figured into the numbers on this issue's QR code.
