Section History

The original SR-6 was created on January 1, 1993, and consisted of thirteen lodges in Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, and Georgia. It was split into SR-6A and SR-6B that summer after it was determined that the driving distances for conclaves and section meetings were too far.
SR-6 was reformed on January 1, 2009, and consisted of the nine lodges from SR-6N plus one lodge from SR-6S. It ended December 31, 2021.
