While this pocket patch was initially issued at the 2000 Section W-1B Conclave, it was intended for use at this and future conclaves to encourage training attendance. It has nothing on it identifying it as a 2000 Section W-1B Conclave patch. It is therefore the first Section W-1B section pocket patch and is for the Teaquan Wask University Associate Degree.
